Responsibilities

• Support and guide managers in quality and improvement work
• Monitor legislation and ensure operations comply with current regulations
• Support operations in Lex Sarah investigations and reports to IVO
• Develop and manage routines, guidelines, and working methods
• Plan and conduct training and competence-enhancing initiatives
• Support operations in risk analysis, deviation management, and self-monitoring
• Follow up, analyze, and develop quality results
• Contribute to internal audits, quality reporting, and organization-wide development work
• Monitor the external environment and translate new knowledge into practical operational development

Requirements

• Relevant university degree in social work or healthcare
• Experience as a manager, coordinator, operations developer, or other leadership role within social work
• Strong understanding of the interplay between quality work, legislation, and operational development
• Experience interpreting and applying laws, regulations, and guidelines
• Excellent written and spoken Swedish
• Good IT proficiency and experience working in digital systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in project or process management
• Experience with document management and management systems
• Experience with systematic improvement work
