Quality Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the development, implementation and maintenance of quality management systems
• Ensure compliance with client, regulatory and organisational quality requirements
• Conduct audits, inspections and surveillance activities across projects and suppliers
• Review and approve quality documentation, procedures and records
• Investigate non-conformances and support root cause analysis and corrective action activities
• Monitor quality performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Work closely with engineering, project management and supply chain teams
• Support supplier quality assurance activities and performance assessments
• Prepare reports and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quality Engineer, Senior Quality Engineer, or Quality Assurance Engineer
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and QA methodologies
• Experience in regulated industries (engineering, energy, infrastructure, defence, aerospace, rail, construction, or manufacturing)
• Good understanding of ISO 9001 and auditing principles
• Experience managing non-conformances and corrective actions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent military experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Internal or Lead Auditor qualification
• Experience working on large-scale engineering or infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of supplier quality management and quality planning processes
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in highly regulated environments
