Quality & Damages Lead

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute quality audits, inspections, and testing procedures across inbound and outbound processes.
• Lead the identification, segregation, and documentation of damaged goods within the warehouse.
• Investigate product damage incidents to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Mentor damages and quality team members, providing guidance and support.
• Analyze quality and damages data to prepare and present reports on key metrics and trends.
• Partner with the Quality Supervisor and DC Controller to manage the timely scrap process.
• Ensure all products are stored and handled correctly according to established quality guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to all quality activities and findings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Ability to learn and utilize SAP.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal communication skills.
