About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal and external audits as well as certification processes.
- Manage quality performance indicators and prepare executive reports.
- Resolve critical deviations and define corrective and preventive actions.
- Represent the quality department before authorities and contractors.
- Promote continuous improvement and technical training for personnel.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control for road infrastructure projects.
- Deep knowledge of ISO standards and SCT regulations.
- Proficiency in technical software including AutoCAD, Neodata, Excel, and Project.
- Full availability for travel.
