Quality Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage the project quality control program and daily quality procedures
• Provide document review, coordination, and implementation during construction and commissioning
• Execute inspections with trade partners to oversee checklist accuracy
• Read and understand construction plans and specifications to identify errors or redundancies
• Manage equipment tracking tools, inspection statuses, and project workflows
• Conduct quality and field meetings, review deficiency logs, and provide meeting minutes
• Coordinate inspection paperwork and manage testing reports with trade partners
• Create and distribute checklists, punch lists, and completion reports
• Monitor construction activities and review materials for adherence to specifications
• Participate in Trade pre-installation meetings to verify QC requirements

Requirements

• 5-7 years of office or field construction experience on similar projects
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in MS Office, Bluebeam, BIM360, Field, and SmartSheet

Preferred Qualifications

• ICC certifications (reinforcing, concrete, masonry, structural steel, soils, etc.)
• ACI (American Concrete Institute) certification
• ASNT (American Society for Nondestructive Testing) certification
• AWS (American Welding Society) certification
• NICET (National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technology) certification
