About the role
Responsibilities
- Participate in the development and implementation of project-specific quality programs
- Design and implement audit system configurations and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
- Lead meetings with lodging site operations teams to ensure Quality Program understanding
- Provide training and ongoing support related to audits and programs
- Collaborate with operational teams to resolve quality and compliance issues
- Track corrective actions, improvement plans, and quality-related KPIs
- Analyze audit results and performance indicators to identify trends
- Prepare operational reports and maintain quality performance dashboards
- Monitor program participation and report non-conformances
Requirements
- Fully fluent in written and conversational French and English
- Strong written communication skills for clear and concise reporting
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, specifically Word and Excel
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including some weekends
- Willingness to perform 60% or more field travel
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and people management skills
- Data-driven mindset with high attention to detail
