Quality Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the project quality management plan for the Contrecœur port expansion project
• Monitor work compliance according to contractual, normative, and regulatory requirements
• Support quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) activities on-site
• Assist in coordinating internal and external audits and tracking corrective actions
• Document and track non-conformities and associated corrective measures
• Collaborate closely with construction, engineering, and project partner teams
• Maintain up-to-date project quality documentation
• Manage and utilize documentary platforms such as Aconex and Procore for rigorous process tracking
• Participate in team awareness initiatives regarding quality requirements

Requirements

• Technical or university degree in engineering, construction, or a related field
• 5 to 7 years of quality experience on construction or infrastructure projects
• Proficiency in Aconex and Procore (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes and applicable industry standards
• High level of rigor, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience specifically within heavy construction projects
