Quality Controls Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular quality reviews of post-bound activities processed by the operations team
• Evaluate accuracy, completeness, and compliance with underwriting guidelines
• Perform sampling and audit checks based on established QA frameworks
• Prepare and maintain QA scorecards, dashboards, and reports
• Analyze audit results to identify trends, root causes, and recurring issues
• Recommend process enhancements to improve quality, efficiency, and turnaround time
• Collaborate with underwriting, operations, and risk teams to implement improvements
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Degree in business-related courses
• Strong analytical and data processing skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
• Basic understanding of insurance knowledge
• Ability to work independently and within an international team

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the London Market
• Proficiency in QA tools
• Experience with Power BI and reporting systems
