Quality Controller

Responsibilities

• Inspect raw wood, boards, and materials before production begins
• Monitor production processes within the wooden factory to ensure consistency
• Ensure quality standards for joinery, finishing, polishing, and assembly are met
• Verify dimensions, finishing, and workmanship against technical drawings
• Identify defects and coordinate corrective actions with production teams
• Maintain detailed quality inspection reports and records
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety and quality procedures

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience working in a wooden factory or joinery environment
• Strong knowledge of wood materials, finishes, and joinery processes
• Ability to read and accurately interpret shop drawings
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
