Quality Controller

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic and dimensional quality control of articles within the production division
• Ensure compliance with sector requirements and "Aesthetic Robustness" rules
• Follow established sampling methods and respect technical specifications
• Enter control data and usage decisions into the computer system
• Act as a key information link for continuous improvement processes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation

Requirements

• Training in quality control and/or significant experience in aesthetic and dimensional inspection
• Experience in component inspection according to quality standards (watchmaking sector preferred)
• Ability to read technical plans and follow strict procedures
• Proficiency with basic IT tools; knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Familiarity with optical measurement tools
• Ability to work in team shifts
• Strong decision-making skills, rigor, and autonomy
