Quality Controller

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections and quality tests on products during and after production to ensure they meet company standards.
• Review and audit product listings on online platforms to ensure accuracy in descriptions, images, and specifications.
• Monitor production processes to identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring consistency between online and physical products.
• Identify defects, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain accurate records of all quality inspections, tests, corrective actions, and audits for compliance.
• Inspect and verify the quality of raw materials and packaging materials from suppliers.
• Monitor online customer reviews and feedback to investigate and address quality-related concerns.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and e-commerce teams to ensure cross-platform quality consistency.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of BRCGS standard requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Quality Control, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Quality Controller, preferably in the food or production industry.
• Mandatory experience with BRCGS audits.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, online product auditing, and product listing standards.
• Proficiency in quality control software and tools for tracking and reporting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to spot discrepancies in product specifications.
• Certification in Quality Control or Food Safety Management is a plus.
