Quality Controller

Responsibilities

• Perform manual measurements of components using various inspection and measurement tools
• Conduct final and in-process inspections of aerospace products to ensure compliance with customer requirements
• Develop inspection reports based on measurements and maintain quality documentation, including customer quality certificates
• Manage non-conforming products and report discrepancies within the SAP system
• Supervise inspection and measurement equipment to ensure proper maintenance
• Perform ad-hoc Layered Process Audits (LPA)
• Report daily work results to the quality leader

Requirements

• Minimum of a technical secondary education
• At least 2 years of experience in a quality control role
• Proficiency in using manual inspection and measurement tools
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation
• Availability to work in a shift system
• Strong orientation toward meeting customer expectations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within an SAP environment
• Experience operating CMM machines (e.g., Zeiss, Mitutoyo)
• Proficiency in the English language
