Quality Controller

Responsibilities

• Perform manual measurements of components using specialized inspection and measurement tools
• Conduct final and in-process inspections of aerospace products to ensure compliance with customer requirements
• Develop inspection reports based on measurement data
• Supervise and maintain inspection and measurement equipment
• Complete quality documentation, including customer quality certificates
• Report non-conformities in the SAP system and manage non-conforming products
• Perform ad-hoc Layered Process Audits (LPA)

Requirements

• Minimum of a technical secondary education
• At least 2 years of experience in a quality control role
• Proficiency in using manual measurement and inspection tools
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation
• Willingness to work in a shift system
• Strong orientation toward meeting customer expectations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within an SAP environment
• Experience operating CMM machines (e.g., Zeiss, Mitutoyo)
• Proficiency in the English language
