Quality Controller

Responsibilities

• Control product conformity, identify quality issues, and verify against product specifications
• Organize the frequency of quality controls
• Communicate quality events and decisions between the Quality and Production departments
• Train and support packaging staff
• Follow internal quality, safety, health, and environmental procedures
• Participate in the development of new procedures

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role within an industrial environment
• High attention to detail and ability to follow strict instructions
• Strong visual acuity
• Solid communication skills with the ability to clearly explain processes and issues
• Ability to work in a 3x8 shift rotation (4h-12h / 12h-20h / 20h-4h)
