Quality Controller

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections to ensure product compliance according to the Control Plan, including post-processing checks
• Record inspection results using industrial digital tools
• Support Elementary Production Unit Managers with station-to-station handovers
• Conduct quality animations at workstations and assist with simple problem-solving (e.g., 5W)
• Execute both destructive and non-destructive testing (NDT)
• Ensure accurate defect characterization using catalogs, 5W2H, and acceptance criteria

Requirements

• Technical education or equivalent vocational training
• NDT certifications: VT2 and PT2
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Proficiency with digital measurement tools and quality process software
• Previous experience in manufacturing quality control
• Availability to work in a 3-shift rotation system
• Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
