Quality Control Technician

Responsibilities

• Execute quality control for incoming raw materials and ingredients, including physical evaluation, label verification, and sample management.
• Monitor the production process according to organizational guidelines and inspection programs to ensure finished products meet quality standards.
• Manage finished product samples through collection, inspection, and storage to guarantee full traceability.
• Support the Quality and Food Safety Management System by participating in audits, traceability exercises, and pest control monitoring.
• Promote quality standards across involved departments and assist in communicating quality programs to the organization.
• Comply with all safety, health, and environmental guidelines to maintain a secure workplace.

Requirements

• Completed Preparatoria or Technical Degree.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in similar quality control roles within an industrial setting.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
• Physical ability to lift weight and stand for prolonged periods.
• Ability to work in industrial environments involving exposure to dust, noise, and confined spaces.
