About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform penetrant testing and final inspection including setup, operation, and documentation
- Ensure plant safety by troubleshooting faults and performing maintenance
- Operate BDE systems for loading orders, registration, and quantity recording
- Conduct hardness and dimensional testing on aluminum, magnesium, and titanium components
- Inspect components for wrinkles, streaks, and material defects
- Support internal audits
Requirements
- Professional experience in production
- Completed vocational training in a commercial or manual field
- Manual dexterity and ability to work in a team
- Proficiency in German (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of SAP and MS Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in quality assurance
- Penetrant testing Level II certification
