Quality Control Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform various inspections on Maxcess products using granite surface plates, indicator stands, test machines, micrometers, and calipers
• Proofread paperwork and verify roll drawing specifications against customer drawings
• Conduct initial and final clearance checks on tools and perform multiple quality checks
• Assemble gears on tools and set up/run test machines
• Update transactions using Oracle and WIP mover computer programs
• Maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic math skills
• Ability to lift 35 pounds several times a day with one hand
• 20/20 vision or better
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize multiple tasks
