About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory analysis and testing of starting materials and products
- Prepare materials and plan for product testing activities
- Manage sample receipt, preparation, and destruction processes
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative tests using standard and automated analytical instrumentation
- Perform instrument qualification, calibration, and preventative maintenance to ensure compliance
- Work within defined processes and methodologies to determine appropriate approaches for new assignments
- Assist in the maintenance and certification of test instruments and apparatus
Requirements
- High School diploma required
- Experience with analytical testing skills
- Knowledge of instrument calibration and maintenance
- Ability to work within GxP environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a Chemical, Pharmaceutical, or Biological field
- Previous experience in a laboratory or pharmaceutical quality control setting
