About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of starting materials and finished products
- Prepare materials and plan for product testing cycles
- Conduct various lab analyses using standard and automated analytical instrumentation
- Manage sample receipt and destruction processes
- Perform instrument calibration, qualification, and preventative maintenance to ensure compliance
- Follow defined processes, procedures, and methodologies for all laboratory assignments
- Assist in the training of new hires within the laboratory environment
Requirements
- High School diploma required
- Knowledge of analytical methods and laboratory techniques
- Experience with instrument calibration and maintenance
- Understanding of GxP (Good Practice) standards and compliance
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Biology
- Experience working in a regulated biopharmaceutical or laboratory environment
