Quality Control Technician II

Responsibilities

• Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of starting materials and finished products
• Prepare materials and plan for product testing cycles
• Conduct various lab analyses using standard and automated analytical instrumentation
• Manage sample receipt and destruction processes
• Perform instrument calibration, qualification, and preventative maintenance to ensure compliance
• Follow defined processes, procedures, and methodologies for all laboratory assignments
• Assist in the training of new hires within the laboratory environment

Requirements

• High School diploma required
• Knowledge of analytical methods and laboratory techniques
• Experience with instrument calibration and maintenance
• Understanding of GxP (Good Practice) standards and compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Biology
• Experience working in a regulated biopharmaceutical or laboratory environment
