Quality Control Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform routine laboratory procedures to test the quality of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
• Ensure the validated state of equipment and testing methods
• Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the assigned area
• Observe and report deviations in product quality and perform out-of-specification investigations
• Advise on quality checks, product blocking, and testing methods
• Report validation findings to relevant stakeholders
• Work in strict accordance with safety, hygiene, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations

Requirements

• Completed vocational training
• Knowledge of physical and chemical test methods
• Basic literacy, math, and computer skills
• English language skills
• Understanding of Good Manufacturing and Laboratory Practices (GMP/GLP)
• Ability to follow laboratory safety protocols and use appropriate PPE

Preferred Qualifications

• High school degree
• 1-3 years of relevant working experience
• Experience with SAP or similar IT systems
• Advanced analytical and statistical skills
