Quality Control Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform routine laboratory procedures to test the quality of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
• Ensure the validated state of equipment and testing methods
• Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the laboratory area
• Observe and report deviations in product quality and conduct out-of-specification investigations
• Advise on quality checks, product blocking, and testing methods
• Report validation findings to relevant stakeholders
• Work in strict accordance with safety, hygiene, and GMP/GLP regulations

Requirements

• High school degree preferred
• Completed vocational training
• 1-3 years of relevant working experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
• Proficiency in English
• Competency in MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP software
• Advanced analytical and statistical skills
• Experience with the calibration of measuring devices and laboratory equipment maintenance
