About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the team of Quality Control NOK Auditors to ensure accurate execution of rejected item processing
- Organise and sustain an efficient and orderly workspace for the quality control team
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and work based instructions
- Manage the collection and documentation of rejection data to support performance monitoring
- Lead and support ad-hoc root cause analysis projects to implement corrective actions
- Facilitate cross-training within the quality control team to increase operational flexibility
Requirements
- Experience in a quality control role within the manufacturing industry
- Previous experience in a managerial or team leader role
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent right to work in the UK
