Quality Control Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure all quality control testing is executed accurately and in accordance with approved work instructions and control plans
• Support root cause investigations and corrective actions related to test failures or nonconformances
• Provide day-to-day supervision and workload prioritization for Quality Control Technicians
• Act as the first point of escalation for technical or execution-related issues within the QC team
• Ensure technicians are trained and qualified to perform assigned test methods
• Maintain and audit training records to ensure they are audit-ready
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to test efficiency and data quality

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing quality or volume manufacturing leadership
• Experience using metrology tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, microscopes, multimeters, or CMMs
• Experience using test equipment such as tensile testers, wire harness testers, or PCBA electrical checkout machines
• Experience working and auditing to industry standards like ISO 9001, NADCAP, ASTM, or IPC standards
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
