Quality Control Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and prioritize daily auditor workload and activities to ensure productivity and accuracy
• Conduct and oversee inbound and production audits against Tech Packs and company quality standards
• Review tech packs and artwork to prepare clear, detailed audit reports
• Train, mentor, and develop auditors in quality methodology and compliance
• Communicate quality standards and nonconformance findings effectively to relevant stakeholders
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure process compliance for all work orders
• Foster a teamwork-oriented, consistent, and safe work environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• Ability to distinguish colors (Munsell color test proficiency required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to work overtime and Saturdays during peak periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Textiles or equivalent experience
• 5 years of relevant quality control or garment industry experience
• Strong knowledge of garment construction and basic sewing knowledge
