Quality Control Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Implement the Quality Program and supervise QC Inspectors
• Ensure compliance with Client FME programs and nuclear standards
• Perform receipt, in-process, and final inspection and test activities
• Interface with Regulatory Authorities and Pressure Boundary jurisdictions
• Prepare Inspection and Test Plans and Manufacturer’s Data Reports
• Verify and control dispositions of non-conforming items
• Monitor special process activities and ensure safe handling of test equipment
• Coordinate project QC activities with subcontractors and outside organizations

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of construction trades experience
• Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience including non-conformance control
• Required experience in the nuclear industry
• Minimum 2 years of College or University in a technical discipline
• Extensive knowledge of nuclear codes (ASME III, CSA N285, CSA N299, B51, B31.1&3, ISO)
• Ability to obtain OPG Security Clearance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
