Quality Control Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead site quality audits during construction and commissioning phases to ensure compliance with codes and company standards.
• Support sites in preparing for internal and external audits, including ISO certifications.
• Coordinate technical support for sites regarding NDE, welding topics, and site activity standards.
• Support Site Activity Contract Administration and Quantity Surveying functions.
• Collaborate with project and engineering teams to forecast material demand and ensure timely delivery to maintain project schedules.
• Manage the flow of materials at project sites, ensuring compliance with quality standards and safe storage.
• Link with the RMQS Department to investigate and track the closure of Non-conformities (NCR).
• Provide documentation and reporting on quality and material handling operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Process Engineering (or above).
• At least 5 years of related experience at construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance procedures, welding, and industry codes.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical and coordination skills to work effectively with multiple groups.
