About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage Process Quality Control (PQC) and Outgoing Quality Control (OQC)
- Oversee mass production quality assurance and manage process changes
- Monitor defective products and implement measures to prevent recurrence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Materials, Electronic, or Chemical Engineering
- Practical experience in Statistical Quality Control (SQC) and Statistical Process Control (SPC)
- Strong problem-solving skills, including proficiency in Six Sigma methodologies
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively with manufacturing, technology, and development departments
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience in Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), or integrated process management
