Quality Control Specialist

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with quality criteria across the sector in coordination with Experts
• Guarantee the application of control methodologies and the consistency of the quality framework
• Act as a liaison between the sector and the quality technician by reporting incidents or non-conforming products
• Monitor adherence to control methods and tools through regular workstation audits
• Participate in the validation of aesthetic criteria for produced components
• Conduct weekly reports and lead transverse quality meetings
• Maintain required skill levels for controllers through training and support
• Provide coaching and training regarding aesthetic criteria for all sector collaborators
• Contribute actively to continuous quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• ES Technician degree in mechanics or microtechnics
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in watchmaking quality control
• Proven expertise in aesthetic control and mastery of basic quality tools
• Strong visual acuity and ability to read technical drawings
• Proficiency in IT tools
• Strong capabilities in training, coaching, and auditing
