About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop, validate, and verify analytical methods using HPLC, UV/VIS, and dissolution techniques
- Perform material and process controls within the QC laboratory environment
- Create and update regulatory documentation, including SOPs, PIs, and NOs
- Conduct laboratory analyses, evaluate results, and manage laboratory record documentation
- Participate in laboratory investigations such as OOS/OOT, deviations, and complaints
- Manage assigned equipment and instruments, including qualification, calibration, and preventive maintenance
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into databases and information systems
- Collaborate with external laboratories and international partners
- Train colleagues and contribute to the continuous improvement of laboratory processes
Requirements
- University degree (minimum Bc.) in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Natural Sciences
- At least 2 years of experience in a laboratory environment
- Strong knowledge of analytical chemistry, specifically HPLC, UV/VIS, and dissolution techniques
- English language proficiency at a B1-B2 level (minimum)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work independently and responsibly within a team
- Willingness to work in a multi-shift operation (including occasional afternoon shifts or weekends)
