Quality Control Specialist

Responsibilities

• Ensure the required quality of products prepared for shipment to customers
• Report irregularities related to product preparation and develop quality complaints
• Train personnel responsible for preparing goods for shipment
• Maintain full food safety in accordance with MAKRO standards

Requirements

• Experience in product quality control (experience with fresh products like fish, meat, fruit, or vegetables is a plus)
• Minimum secondary education (industry-related higher education, e.g., food technology, is preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Availability to work night shifts and weekends according to the schedule
• Communicative English skills
• Willingness to undergo one month of training outside the place of residence

Preferred Qualifications

• Higher education in food technology
• Experience with fresh food quality control
