Quality Control Specialist

Responsibilities

• Ensure the required quality of products prepared for shipment to customers
• Report irregularities in product preparation and develop quality complaints
• Train personnel responsible for preparing goods for shipment
• Maintain full food safety in accordance with MAKRO standards

Requirements

• Experience in quality control of fresh products (fish, meat, fruits, vegetables) is a major asset
• Minimum secondary education (industry-related higher education preferred, e.g., food technology, quality management)
• Proficiency in MS Office and computer use
• Availability for night shifts and weekends according to the schedule
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
• Readiness for a one-month training session away from place of residence
