Quality Control Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform QC testing on incoming raw materials to support release into inventory
• Undertake the analysis of intermediate bulks, finished products, and stability of solid and liquid dosage forms
• Document testing activities and results accurately following good documentation practices
• Identify and support resolution of technical problems
• Ensure lab cleanliness and safety standards are maintained
• Conduct regular calibration and verification of laboratory equipment such as analytical balance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Biology, or a related life science field
• 1-2 years of experience in a general laboratory environment performing chemistry or biochemistry analyses
• Understanding and application of GLP and GMP
• Ability to implement and troubleshoot analytical chromatography techniques including HPLC
