Quality Control Scientist

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate analytical methods to ensure product quality
• Perform analyses for customer projects and stability studies
• Support general QC analytical tasks as needed
• Write protocols, reports, and SOPs
• Manage deviations, changes, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)
• Implement and drive continuous improvements within the QC department
• Collaborate with team members to solve analytical and technical challenges
• Contribute to the development of work processes using a LEAN mindset

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in microbiology, biochemistry, biotechnology, biomedicine, or an equivalent field
• Proven experience working in a laboratory environment
• Experience working within GMP or ISO 9001 regulated environments
• Fluency in Swedish
• Good proficiency in English
