Quality Control Receipt Inspector

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily receipt inspections at warehouse and site locations
• Ensure all items and documentation comply with Purchase Order requirements, Codes, Standards, and License commitments
• Adhere to Counterfeit, Fraudulent or Suspect Items (CFSI) procedures
• Interface with Project Management, Procurement, Warehouse, and Client personnel
• Perform surveillance and monitoring for Special Processes at sub-contractor locations
• Identify and control nonconforming items
• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of the Measuring and Test Equipment (MTE) Program
• Support the implementation of the Quality Management System and regulatory auditing

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of College or University in a technical-related discipline or related experience
• Minimum of 10 years of construction trades experience OR minimum 5 years of receipt inspection experience
• Competency in understanding and applying Material Codes and Standards
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to obtain OPG Security Clearance
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in receipt inspection processes or material evaluation
• Strong understanding of general material properties
