Quality Control Production Analyst

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze quality control inspector performance to ensure FEMA task order production requirements are met
• Assign initial, QC, and other assessments to inspectors using approved processes
• Coordinate and track QC production to meet contract requirements
• Analyze inspector performance regarding quality and timeliness and report findings to management
• Assist in the development of education materials and mapping scenarios for disaster responses
• Maintain SOP and ISO documentation, including the production of corrective action plans
• Coordinate with Payroll and Field Operations to track inspector timesheets and expense reports
• Map and plot inspectors, assessments, and work areas using approved tools
• Monitor assessment aging in the field to maximize production and minimize turnaround times

Requirements

• High School diploma required; BA degree strongly preferred
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Demonstrated analytical, collaboration, and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work a dynamic schedule, including long hours, weekends, and 24-hour operations during disaster deployment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with FEMA grant programs
• Experience with GIS applications
