Quality Control Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of approximately 8 quality control technicians working in day shifts and 2x8 rotations
• Prioritize and distribute quality controls based on production needs
• Provide technical support to the team regarding decision-making for control lots
• Maintain and update control documentation and procedures
• Contribute to the technical skill development of the team
• Identify and report anomalies in control methods and ranges
• Manage anomalies across various flows and ensure proper identification of containers in the control zone
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Fluid Connector System division

Requirements

• Bac+2 degree in mechanics or a related field with significant equivalent experience
• 5 to 10 years of experience in a quality control management role within an industrial, mechanical, and high-volume manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and GPS dimensioning
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining and treatments
• Mastery of quality control tools and measurement equipment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP software
• English language proficiency
• Strong organizational skills, rigor, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
