Quality Control Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and structure the Quality Department, providing direct authority over quality processes and personnel
• Implement Quality Manuals, procedures, and applicable project requirements such as ITP and JI
• Ensure full compliance with all safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and regulations
• Develop, publish, and implement company-wide quality policies to drive continual product and process improvement
• Manage and maintain the Non-Conformance Log and process customer complaints or claims
• Conduct internal audits and external audits of outsourced processors
• Assess the performance of welders, NDE Technicians, and Inspectors to manage certifications
• Review and approve work orders and provide monthly status and management review reports
• Maintain ongoing communication with staff, third-party personnel, quality consultants, and customers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 10+ years of related experience in quality control
• AWS certification
• CWI certification
• ASNT NDT Level III certification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
