Responsibilities

• Assist with all aspects of an NCAA Division I Football Program
• Support scouting, recruiting, and travel coordination
• Manage budgets and assist with community outreach
• Plan and conduct training sessions
• Oversee camp creation and implementation
• Collaborate with other members of the athletic department
• Perform other duties as assigned by the head football coach

Requirements

• High level college coaching experience
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations and a record of compliance
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4 years of football experience at the Division 1 NCAA level
• An established applicable recruiting network
• Experience with clinic and camp implementation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, QuickTime, and iMovie
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to create and provide analysis using video or data
