Quality Control Lead

Responsibilities

• Implement inspection criteria and procedures to ensure products meet industry standards
• Maintain electronic records of inspection documentation and component certifications
• Investigate and correct customer quality issues and complaints
• Develop statistical tracking of QC issues and implement process improvements
• Perform final inspections on products and equipment arriving at or leaving the plant
• Provide inspection activity throughout the production cycle
• Apply regulatory labels and markings as required

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with electrical wiring and fabrication in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and metal fabrication knowledge
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, squatting, and climbing
• Ability to perform close work on small fonts and fine print on drawings
