Quality Control Laboratory Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team of 8 to 12 analysts
• Ensure Laboratory Documentation and Systems comply with Data Integrity policies
• Coach and guide analysts to optimize performance and boost efficiency
• Resolve analytical investigations and lead root cause analysis (CAPA)
• Maintain 5S excellence and promote a quality culture
• Ensure proper equipment use, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Comply with EHS standards and Compendia testing requirements
• Participate in internal and external inspections
• Communicate effectively with supply chain, quality assurance, and manufacturing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant Science discipline, preferably analytical chemistry
• Minimum 4 years of analytical experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Expertise in HPLC, GC, and other analytical techniques
• Strong regulatory knowledge and experience with analytical equipment
