Quality Control Inspector

Responsibilities

• Pull inspection samples based on predetermined frequency and visually examine for physical concerns per Standard Process Instructions
• Document quality concerns in the Quality Advisement system and notify necessary parties for timely resolution
• Aid in running containment for quality concerns and place suspect parts on hold via the Nonconformance system
• Support incoming inspection of molded and purchased parts to ensure compliance with engineering and quality standards
• Assist with first article inspections (FAI) and provide cross-departmental support as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or one month of related experience/training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to carry out simple instructions and handle standardized situations with minimal variability
• Basic computer skills preferred
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in group settings
• Ability to stand and walk regularly; occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Specific vision abilities including close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
