Quality Control Inspector

Responsibilities

• Pull inspection samples based on predetermined frequency
• Visually examine samples for physical concerns per Standard Process Instructions
• Document concerns in the Quality Advisement system and notify necessary parties
• Aid in running containment for quality concerns as needed
• Utilize the Nonconformance system to place suspect parts on hold for review
• Support incoming inspection of molded and purchased parts
• Assist with first article inspections (FAI) and cross-departmental support

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• One month related experience or training
• Ability to carry out simple instructions and handle standardized situations
• Basic computer skills preferred
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in group settings
