About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform on-site quality inspections of client products according to company procedures
- Check email daily to receive and process inspection documents
- Attend inspections on time and communicate professionally with suppliers
- Supervise container stuffing processes
- Fulfill inspection reports within required timelines
- Conduct Pre-Production Meetings (PP Meetings) with suppliers to align on requirements and specifications
Requirements
- Based in Long An, Dong Nai, Vinh Long, or Ben Tre
- Available for factory inspections at least 2-3 days per week
- More than 3 years of experience in quality management (softlines/garments and hardlines)
- Knowledge of quality standards and relevant safety/quality regulations
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Strong attention to detail and professional ethics
