Quality Control Inspector

Responsibilities

• Act as a proactive in-factory auditor at supplier factories
• Ensure suppliers implement processes to manage product quality from development to bulk production
• Maintain thorough knowledge of assigned factory layouts and management teams
• Review weekly production schedules and plan factory visits accordingly
• Prioritize factories with new product launches or upcoming pre-shipment inspections
• Shadow Final Product audits before shipments
• Provide daily concise field reports with clear issue summaries
• Attend weekly meetings

Requirements

• 5-6 years of experience in Footwear (priority) or garment/accessories production
• 5-6 years of quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment in Vietnam
• Strong understanding of production processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical files, quality standards, and measurement specifications
• Ability to work independently in factory environments with minimal supervision
• Reliable and self-motivated with a requirement for 80% factory presence
• Based in Ho Chi Minh City
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English
• Training capability and ability to discuss technicalities with supplier representatives
• Must be a Vietnamese candidate
