Quality Control Inspector - Multi (Coating/Welding & Painting)

Responsibilities

• Organize and execute inspection jobs with professionalism on-site.
• Perform specific inspections on materials, equipment, and construction or installation activities.
• Issue relevant Quality Records and report non-conformances to the QC Supervisor when necessary.
• Ensure conformity with the Quality Control Plan and implement approved Inspection Test Plans.
• Verify special processes and the qualifications of relevant workers.
• Check electrical and mechanical components including power transformers, switchboards, instruments, cables, and lighting systems.
• Conduct visual inspections, dimensional tests, and verify material ratings for connections.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• 10+ years of relevant experience within the Oil and Gas construction sector.
• Mandatory CSWIP or AWS certification.
• Mandatory BGAS or NACE certification.
• Strong familiarity with applicable engineering standards and codes used during offshore QC surveillance.
• Proven experience in EPC Construction activities (preferably in Hook up, Commissioning, Tie In, jacket, pipelaying, or Pipeline).
