Quality Control Inspector

Responsibilities

• Implement project-specific Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and review subcontractor ITPs
• Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections across mechanical, electrical, or civil scopes
• Verify compliance with contract documents, drawings, codes, and applicable standards
• Coordinate inspections and tests with operations teams to maintain project schedules
• Conduct measurements, testing, and documentation using calibrated equipment
• Review, log, and track inspection and test documentation to ensure full traceability
• Prepare complete and accurate quality documentation packages
• Communicate quality expectations and issues in project meetings and interface with clients or regulatory authorities
• Recognize and respond appropriately to all site safety hazards

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in construction quality control or inspection
• Proven experience in at least one of the following disciplines: Civil or Mechanical
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Ability to travel and relocate based on project needs and career growth opportunities
• Ability to access all areas of a construction site
