Quality Control Inspector

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections throughout the production cycle, including receiving, in-process, and final inspection
• Verify conformance to engineering drawings, schematics, BOMs, and UL standards
• Generate nonconformance reports and support MRB disposition activities
• Investigate and support resolution of customer quality issues and complaints
• Develop statistical tracking of recurring QC issues to drive process improvements
• Provide technical feedback to production, engineering, and test teams
• Apply regulatory and compliance labels according to UL and internal requirements

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, or production environments
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Proficiency with inspection software, ERP, and MS Office
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and access tight spaces inside enclosures

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's degree in engineering, science, or equivalent experience
• Experience in electrical assembly, switchgear, panel fabrication, or industrial equipment
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and UL standards
