Quality Control Inspector

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections of electronic cards, sub-assemblies, and systems to ensure products meet established reliability and workmanship specifications
• Utilize gages, templates, microscopes, and other manufacturing aids for precise inspection
• Verify that all required process operations have been completed on products prior to inspection
• Enter quality data accurately into electronic or manual tracking systems
• Notify appropriate personnel regarding unusual product defects or process deviations
• Provide timely feedback to manufacturing teams when non-conforming products are identified
• Complete all administrative activities associated with quality inspection
• Perform process audits and assist manufacturing with the interpretation of quality standards
• Assist with the disposition of non-conforming materials and products

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent
• 4+ years of related experience in quality control or manufacturing inspection
• Ability to work 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM rotating shifts
