Quality Control Inspector

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections of electronic card sub-assemblies and systems to ensure compliance with reliability and workmanship specifications
• Utilize gages, templates, microscopes, and other manufacturing aids for product verification
• Ensure all required process operations have been performed on products being inspected
• Enter quality data into appropriate electronic or manual systems
• Notify appropriate personnel regarding unusual product defects or process deviations
• Provide timely feedback to manufacturing teams when non-conforming products are identified
• Complete all administrative activities associated with quality inspection
• Perform process audits and assist manufacturing with interpreting quality and workmanship standards
• Assist with the disposition of non-conforming materials and products

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent
• 1+ years of related experience in quality control or manufacturing
• Ability to work a rotating night shift (06:00 PM - 06:00 AM)
